Set in sexy South Beach, Miami, plastic surgeons and best friends Christian Troy (McMahon) and Sean McNamara (Dylan Walsh) continue to find success with the growing practice they share, but are starting to feel the foundation crumbling. Christian still tries to satisfy his insecurities with wealth and women, but is losing his swagger; Sean feels his family falling apart: his wife, Julia (Richardson), and children, Matt (John Hensley) and Annie (Kelsey Lynn Batelaan).
